Addie Sue Butler
Addie Sue Butler, 92, of Saluda, passed away Monday, July 7, 2025, at Self Regional Healthcare in Greenwood.
Born in Ninety-Six, she was a daughter of the late Bennie W. and Fara Turner Haston.
Addie Sue retired after 25 years with Riegel and was a member of Good Hope Baptist Church.
She is survived by her daughter, Mary Sue Butler of Saluda; Raymond Shapiro of the home; sister-in-law, Shirley Gunter; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie Heyward Butler, and siblings, William Thomas Haston, Myrtie Lou Leopard, Gerald Haston, and Odell Haston.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM at Good Hope Baptist Church on Sunday, July 13, 2025. The family will receive friends one hour before the service. Burial will follow in Mayson Memorial Cemetery.
Memorials are suggested to Good Hope Baptist Church, 6682 Greenwood Highway, Saluda, SC 29138 or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
