Arthur Warren, 72, died Wednesday, December 3, 2014 at Self Regional Medical Center.

Born in Saluda County and a son of the late J. C. and Lunnie Gulledge Warren, he was the husband of Alice Jean Goodman Warren. Mr. Warren was a retired Loom Technician with Greenwood Mills and was a member of the Quarter Century Club. He was a member of Deans Chapel Pentecostal Holiness Church and served as Deacon and Sunday School Superintendant.

Surviving in addition to his wife are a step-son, Wesley Sample of Saluda, a step-daughter, Robin S. Adams (Wendell) of Ninety Six, a brother, Buck Warren of Batesburg, two sisters, Daphyne Warren of Batesburg and Gladys Wingard of Leesville, two step-grandchildren, Eve Sample and Catherine Adams and a step-great grandson Damian Rose.

Mr. Arthur was preceded in death by a sister, Alice Gayman.

Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Saturday, December 6, 2014, at Deans Chapel Pentecostal Holiness Church, with Rev. Ray Southerland officiating. Interment will follow in the Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service in the church social hall.
