Barbara Jean Sibold Helff, 75, died Saturday, September 18, 2021 at Lexington Medical Center.

Born in Bethesda, MD and a daughter of the late Ernest Noland Sibold and Lela Louise Viar Sibold, she was the wife of George Schiller Helff, III. Mrs. Helff was a retired bookkeeper.

Surviving are her husband, George Schiller Helff, III, a son, Keith Helff (Angela) of Pelion, NE, a daughter, Cynthia "Cindy" Helff (James Webb) of Irmo and seven grandchildren, Joshua Webb, William Webb, Tyson Helff, Aniston Helff, Evan Helff, Landon Helff and Adelyn Helff.

Mrs. Helff was preceded in death by three brothers, Ernest "Ronnie" Wilkinson, Walter Wilkinson and Dean Wilkinson and two sisters, Brenda McDonough and Donna Ray Mason.

A memorial service will be held 2 p.m., Friday, September 24, 2021 at Ramey Funeral Home.
