Billy David Higbee, Jr., 56, passed away Wednesday, May 8, 2019. He was the son of Trilby Davis Higbee and the late Billy David Higbee, Sr.
He is survived by his mother, a sister, Carrie Higbee of Saluda, a special God-niece, Whitney Turner (Kareem) and great-God-niece, Khloee of Greenwood, a special cousin, Rebecca Blanton of Charleston, and a host of cousins in Utah, Nevada, and California as well as South Carolina and a host of friends from everywhere.
As of this time, there will be no formal visitation or services.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Boys Farm, P.O. Box 713, Newberry, SC 29108, or Connie Maxwell Children's Home, P.O. Box 1178, Greenwood, SC 29648.
