Blake Crawford, Jr.

Thomas Blake Crawford, Jr., 56, passed away peacefully Thursday, April 4, 2019 at his residence.

Born in Greenwood County and a son of Jean Nabors Crawford and the late Thomas Blake "Top" Crawford, Sr., he was the husband of Lisa Taylor Crawford. Blake was an employee of Duke Energy and was a member of Good Hope Baptist Church.

Blake is survived by his wife of 32 years, Lisa Taylor Crawford, two daughters, Kacy Morgan (James) of Edgefield and Madeline Meyers (Patrick) of Saluda, his mother, Jean Nabors Crawford of Ninety Six, a sister, Beth Vaughn of Ninety Six, a brother, David Crawford (Tara) of Ninety Six, three grandchildren, Taylor Morgan, Lynzie Morgan and Banks Meyers, nieces and nephews, Leah Anne Riddle (Matt), Kaitlyn Wilson (Eric), Payton Thomas Crawford, Travis Taylor Mills, Rylie Riddle and Anna Claire Riddle.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to nurse, Sharon Nipper of Lexington Oncology and Hospice Care of the Piedmont for all their care.

The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m., Friday evening at Ramey Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m., Saturday, April 6, 2019 at Good Hope Baptist Church with Rev. Dennis Campbell and Rev. Jeremy Beauford officiating. Interment will follow in Mayson Memorial Cemetery.
