Bobbie Merchant Crouch, 81, died on Thursday, September 14, 2017 at Saluda Nursing Center.
Born in Saluda County and a daughter of the late Robert and Connie Clyde Crouch Merchant, she was the wife of Richard Farrel Crouch. Mrs. Crouch was a retired registered nurse with Saluda Nursing Center and was a member of Shiloh United Methodist Church.
Surviving are her husband, Richard Farrel Crouch, two sons, Richard Wesley Crouch (Alicia) of Seattle, WA and Christopher Ansel Crouch (Bobbie) of Saluda, two daughters, Debra F. Dorn (Tommy) and Lillie C. Forrest (Van) both of Saluda, two sisters, Connie Owings of Saluda and Betty Jo Dorn of Greenwood, two brothers, Clyde Merchant and Gamewell Merchant both of Saluda, nine grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Crouch was preceded in death by three brothers, Johnny Merchant, Thomas Ray Merchant and Robert Edwin Merchant and two sisters, Lillie Gunter and Sophie Fortner.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, September 30, 2017 at Shiloh United Methodist Church with Rev. Lee Cothran officiating.
