Bobbie Ann Walton Rodgers, 88, passed away Saturday, October 18, 2025 at her home.
Born in Saluda County and a daughter of the late Thomas Pierce Walton and Odessa Powell Walton, she was the wife of the late Ralph Rodgers. Mrs. Rodgers retired after more than 35 years of dedicated service with Saluda Nursing Center. She was a member of Richland Springs Baptist Church. Mrs. Rodgers had a passion for sewing and found great joy in spending time with her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
Surviving are two daughters, Janice Trotter of Ward and Bonnie Jones (Tony) of Ninety Six, a son, Rodney Dale Rodgers of Saluda, eighteen grandchildren, thirty-two great-grandchildren, eight great-great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild due in December.
Mrs. Rodgers was preceded in death by a son, Olin Bland Rodgers and a daughter, Grace Rodgers, two brothers, T.P. Walton and George Walton and five sisters, Mary Blackston, Neva Howard, Ellie Hoover, Edna Yon and Ollie Walton.
The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m., Tuesday evening at Ramey Funeral Home.
