Brandon Shawn Matthews, 42, passed away Sunday, June 7, 2020.
Born in Greenwood, he was the son of Melvin Randolph Matthews and Emma Goff Matthews. He was a lover of old music, riding motorcycles, working out, and reading. He was employed with Boozer Custom Tree Service.
Surviving are his parents, Melvin and Emma Matthews, two daughters, Maghan Randyll and Kinsly Brynn Matthews, two brothers, Joshua and Adam Matthews, two nephews, Ayden and Collin Matthews, and grandmothers Brenda Berry and Mae Goff.
He was preceded in death by a sister, October Matthews.
The family will be receiving friends any time Tuesday, June 9, 2020, at 155 Laid Back Lane, Batesburg, SC.
A graveside service will be held 7 PM, Wednesday, June 10, 2020, at Lewis C. Matthews Cemetery at 140 Laid Back Lane, Batesburg, SC, with Rev. Burton Campbell officiating.
