Danny Storey

Danny Ashley Storey "Country Boy", 54, died Friday, August 30, 2019.

Born in Richland County and a son of Betty Perry Storey and the late L.C. Storey, Sr., he was the husband of Tammie Lynn Rowe Storey. Mr. Storey was a truck driver for Oswald Lumber Company and was former owner of Storey's Trash Service. He was a member of Saluda Church of God.

Surviving are his wife, Tammie Lynn Rowe Storey, a daughter, Ashleigh Elizabeth Storey of Saluda, his mother, Betty Perry Storey of Saluda, his mother and father in-law, Jimmy and Edith Rowe of Saluda, four brothers, Steve Storey (Dee), Rayford Storey, L.C. Storey, Jr. (Marlette) and Milton Storey (Stacey) and four brothers in-law and sisters in-law, James E. Rowe, David and Teresa Koon, Joseph and Lacey Chapman and Clentine Rowe and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m., Tuesday evening at Ramey Funeral Home.

Funeral service will be held 2 p.m., Wednesday, September 4, 2019 at Saluda Church of God with Rev. Derrick Jones , Rev. Charles Houston and Rev. Josh Morton officiating. Interment will follow in Emory United Methodist Church Cemetery.
