David Mickle

David Mickle, 65, passed away Sunday, December 15, 2019.

A native of Camden, he was the son of the late Joe Robert Curtis and Nancy Jean Myers Mickle, and husband to Joyce Josey Mickle. He was retired from Miller Lumber Company and was a member of First Baptist Church Camden.

David had an ear for music which gave him the ability to pick up any instrument and be able to play. With this talent, he played in multiple bands over the years and enjoyed making music with his friends.

A loving husband, father and grandfather, he is survived by his wife of 46 years, Joyce Josey Mickle of Camden, two sons, Brian Joseph Mickle of Anderson and Bradley David Mickle (Jennifer) of Camden, four grandchildren, Tyson, Madison, Ireland and Ellie Mickle, one great-granddaughter, Delilah Grace Mickle, and a mother-in-law, Mildred K. Rogers of Camden.

Services will be private. The family will be at the home, 1713 Brook Drive, Camden, SC 29020.
