Deborah Satterfield Doolittle

Deborah Ann Satterfield Doolittle, 55, died Wednesday, September 20, 2023 at Self Regional Healthcare in Greenwood.

Born in Greenwood County and a daughter of Annell Robertson Satterfield and the late Earl Mason Satterfield, she was the wife of Dan Edward Doolittle. Mrs. Doolittle was a graduate of Lander University and was a member of the ZTA Zeta Tau Alpha sorority at Lander. She was a retired social worker and was a member of Richland Springs Baptist Church.

Surviving are her husband, Dan Edward Doolittle, her mother, Annell Robertson Satterfield (special friend, Stanley Herron) of Ward, two sons, Mason McDaniel and Caleb McDaniel both of Saluda, a sister, Bobbie Smoak (Trey) of Chapin, SC, half-brother, John Jacks of Chapin, SC, a niece, Emma Katherine Smoak of Chapin and her beloved fur baby, Samson.

The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m., Saturday evening at Ramey Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held 3 p.m., Sunday, September 24, 2023 at Richland Spring Baptist Church with Rev. David Lyda and Rev. Ryan Vaughan officiating. Interment will follow in Johnson Family Cemetery.
