Donald H. Winn, 85, died Sunday, July 17, 2016 at the Lexington Medical Center.

Born in Saluda County and a son of the late Clint Fletcher and Mary Ellen Herlong Winn, he was the husband of the late Winnie Jane Cockrell Winn and the owner of Winn's Restaurant. He was a member of the South Carolina National Guard and an avid Saluda Sports Fan.

Surviving are two sons; Russell Winn (Terry May) of Saluda and Kenneth Winn (Cheryl Padgett) of Greenwood; one daughter, Donna W. Black (Wayne) of Prosperity; six grandchildren, Chris and Dan Harrison, Justin, Cole and Cory Winn and Will Black; and great grandchildren, Jordan, Jacob, Layla, Payton and Hayes Winn and Jackson Harrison. Mr. Winn is also survived by one brother, Clinton Winn.

Mr. Winn was preceded in death by a son, Ronald Leslie Winn; a granddaughter, Autumn Winn; a grandson, Dillon Clint Winn and a sister, Louise W. Senterfeit.

The family will receive friends at 10 a.m. Tuesday, July 19, 2016 at Emory United Methodist Church.

Funeral services will be held at 11 AM, Tuesday, July 19, 2016 at Emory United Methodist Church with Rev. Paul Cheezem, Sr. and Rev. Joe Nicky Long officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
