Dorothy Elizabeth "Dot" Arthur Herren, 89, died Thursday, June 3, 2021 at her residence.
Born in Aiken County and a daughter of the late William Edward Arthur and Allie Crocker Arthur, she was the wife of the late William D. "Bill" Herren. Mrs. Herren was a homemaker.
Surviving are a son Steven Greene "Bo" Herren of Troy, four daughters, Tonya Politi of Troy, Jackie LaCour (Norman) of MS, Maudie Anderson of GA and Mary Gladney (Ray) of MS, three sisters, Dell Usry of Edgefield, Joe Hartwell of Columbia and Bobbie Bryant of Belvedere, SC and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Herren was preceded in death by a son, Ronald Eugene Lever, a daughter, Sharon Elaine Boswell, two brothers, William Edward Arthur and Robert Lee Arthur and a sister, Lucille Mosley.
A memorial service will be held 2 p.m., Tuesday, June 8, 2021 at Pine Grove Pentecostal Holiness Church with Rev. Barry Butler officiating.
