Dorothy Lee Rowe, 64, died Saturday, February 5, 2022 at Self Regional Healthcare in Greenwood.

Born in Saluda County, she was a daughter of the late Pauline Rowe and was raised by her grandparents, the late Bud Allen Rowe and Minnie Bell Salters Rowe. Mrs. Rowe was the wife of Clifford Wesley Rowe. She was a retired Certified Nursing Assistant from Saluda Nursing Center after 22 years and was a member of Open Bible Church.

Surviving are her husband, Clifford Wesley Rowe, two godsons, Matthew McCary (Nicole) of Darlington, SC and Jacob P. McCary of Saluda, six brothers, Joseph "Pete" Rowe (Cindy), J.D. Rowe, Tommy Rowe, Scott Rowe (Carla), M.L. Rowe (Laura) and Frank Rowe all of Saluda and seven sisters, Minnie McCary (Darrell) of Saluda, Shirley Rowe of Saluda, Barbara Price of Gilbert, Susie Preston (Rodgerdale) of Georgia, Rachel Davis (Roland) of Ward, Lois Smith of Batesburg and Mimie Gable (Charlie) of Gilbert.

Mrs. Rowe was preceded in death by seven brothers and a sister.

Funeral services will be held 3:30 p.m., Wednesday, February 9, 2022 at Open Bible Church with Rev. Ronald Bennett and Rev. Mark Wilks officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service in the church social hall.
