E.C. Bartley
E.C. Bartley, 77, died Saturday, July 29, 2017 at Self Regional Medical Center in Greenwood.
Born in Richland County and a son of the late Cecil Wesley and Annie Myrtle Rowe Bartley, he was the husband of Grace M. Bartley. Mr. Bartley was a retired construction worker and a former volunteer firefighter. He enjoyed hunting and fishing.
Surviving are his wife, Grace M. Bartley, four children, Robert Scott Bartley (Renee) of Pendleton, Sally Harmon, Eddie Bartley (Jennifer) and William Bartley all of Saluda, a sister, Betty Ann Coates of Waterloo, three brothers, Jerry Bartley, Freddie Bartley both of Saluda and Jim Bartley of Ward, six grandchildren, Nix Bartley, Ramey Bartley, Hollis Lohse, Tyler Harmon, Dylan Bartley and Rebecca Bartley, two step-grandchildren, Morgan Burroughs and Micah Burroughs and a great-grandson, Parker Lohse.
The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m., Monday evening at Ramey Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, August 1, 2017 at Ramey Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Louie Murray officiating. Interment will follow in Travis Park Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to a charity of one's choice.
