Fay Cromley Pennington, 89, died Saturday, May 6, 2017 at Saluda Nursing Center.
Born in Lakeland, FL and a daughter of the late Henry Joseph and Ida Kate Crawford Cromley, she was the wife of the late Eugene Pennington. Mrs. Pennington was an inspector with The Saluda Shirt Plant, a licensed cosmetologist and a homemaker. She was a member of Shiloh United Methodist Church.
Surviving are a son, Henry E. Pennington (Joan) of Saluda, two grandchildren, Leigh O. Moore (David) and Christian Ouzts (Karen) both of Saluda, six great-grandchildren, Jacob Black (Casey), Grace Moore, Abby Moore, Joshua Ouzts, Jesse Ouzts and Jonathan Ouzts and a great-great-granddaughter, Layla Black.
A Memorial service will be held 11 a.m., Tuesday, May 9, 2017 at Shiloh United Methodist Church with Rev. Lee Cothran and Christian Ouzts officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
