Frances Jean Ward Lane, 88, died Monday, December 1, 2014 at Edgefield County Hospital.
Born in Ossining, NY and a daughter of the late Robert Andrew and Mabel DePuy Hasbrouck Ward, she was the wife of Theron Irvin Lane, Jr. Mrs. Lane was a retired school teacher.
She's survived by her husband.
A sister, Claire Ward Coleman and a brother, Robert Andrew Ward, Jr. preceded Mrs. Lane in death.
A burial was held in The Dale Cemetery Association in Ossining, NY on Tuesday, December 9, 2014.
