Frontis Rodgers

Frontis David Rodgers, 80, died Wednesday, April 19, 2017 at Saluda Nursing Center.

A native of Saluda and a son of the late Jonas and Nezzie Hallman Rodgers, he was the husband of the late Glenda Powell Rodgers. Mr. Rodgers was a self-employed electrician.

Surviving are two daughters, Linda Bailey (Tom) of W. Columbia and Barbara Pratt (Steve) of Batesburg, two sons, Thomas Rodgers (Julie) of Hodges and Kevin Rodgers (Sherri) of Leesville, a brother, Joseph Rodgers of Ward, six grandchildren, Kenneth Bailey, Christopher Bailey, Joshua Pratt, Tyler Rodgers, Cassidy Perkins and Breanna Rodgers and eight great-grandchildren.

Mr. Rodgers was preceded in death by a grandson, Garrett Rodgers.

A graveside service will be held 3 p.m., Friday, April 21, 2017 at St. Williams Catholic Church Cemetery with Rev. Dennis Campbell officiating..
