Jeremy Dean Cockrell, 27, died Saturday, November 15, 2014.
Born in Greenwood County, he was the son of Rhonda Lynn Perry Cockrell and the late Gary Allen Cockrell. Jeremy was a member of Emanuel Church.
Surviving in addition to his mother is his maternal grandmother, Doris M. Perry of Saluda.
The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m., Tuesday evening at Ramey Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held 2 p.m., Wednesday, November 19, 2014 at Hopewell Congregational Holiness Church with Rev. Burton Campbell and Rev. Buddy Cockrell officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
