John DeLoach Jr.
John DeLoach Jr., 89, died August 23, 2023, at his home.
Born in Newberry County, and a son of the late John DeLoach and Hellen Ouzts DeLoach, he was the husband of Joann Butalid DeLoach. Mr. DeLoach was retired from the United States Navy where he served 24 years.
Surviving are his wife, Joann Butalid DeLoach and son, Godwin Butalid of Saluda.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday, August 31, 2023, at Mayson Memorial Cemetery with Rev. Lee Going officiating. The family will receive friends following the service.
Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 22478 Oklahoma City, OK 73123.
