Johnnie Lewis "Slim" Gillian, 57, died Sunday, November 17, 2019 at his residence.
Born in Greenwood County and a son of Elizabeth Ora Rodgers Long Gillian and the late Marshall Calvin Gillian. Mr. Gillian was a member of St. Williams Catholic Church.
Surviving are two sons, Dekota Gillian and Coehn Gillian both of Saluda, his mother, Elizabeth Ora Rodgers Long Gillian of Ward, two brothers, Marty Ray Gillian and Anthony "Tony" Gillian both of Ward, a half-brother, Larry "Shag" Long of Ward, two half-sisters, Rose Rodgers of Ward and Debbie Black of Johnston and a special friend, Linda Merchant of Saluda.
The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m., Wednesday evening, November 20, 2019 at St. Williams Catholic Church in the church social hall.
A Memorial service will be held at a later date.
