Larry Steve Burnett, 64, died Thursday, November 5, 2015 at Self Regional Healthcare.

Born in Saluda County, he was the son of the late Homer and Bertha Cockrell Burnett.

Surviving are a daughter, Alicia Burnett Rorke of Lexington; a son, Chad Burnett (Monica) of Saluda; sisters, Lizzie Griffith (James) of Chappells and Fran Bedenbaugh of Saluda; brothers, Carlos Burnett of Greenville, Jerry Burnett of Saluda, and Frankie Burnett of Saluda and grandchildren, Ethan Burnett, Jordan Rae Rorke and Jackson Rorke.

The family will receive friends from 2 until 3 p.m. Sunday, November 8, 2015 at Hopewell Congregational Holiness Church.

Funeral services will be at 3 p.m., Sunday, November 8, 2015 at Hopewell Congregational Holiness Church with Rev. Jerry Denney and Rev. Buddy Cockrell officiating. Interment will follow in the Hopewell Congregational Holiness Church Cemetery.
