Larry Rowe, 67, died Tuesday, June 24, 2014 at his residence.

Born in Saluda County, he was a son of the late Willie and Frankie Rowe. Mr. Rowe was a mechanic with Rowe Automotive and was a member of Emory United Methodist Church.

Surviving are seven brothers, Pete Rowe, J.D. Rowe, Tommy Rowe, Scott Rowe, Willie Rowe, M.L. Rowe and Frank Rowe all of Saluda, eight sisters, Dorothy Rowe, Minnie McCary, Shirley Rowe, Polly Derrick, Nancy Watson and Patricia Ann Hensley all of Saluda and Barbara Price and Susie Preston both of Gilbert , several nieces and nephews and his companion, Little Youngun.

The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 PM Thursday evening at Ramey Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held 2 PM, Friday, June 27, 2014 at Ramey Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Burton Campbell officiating. Interment will follow in Emory United Methodist Church Cemetery.
