Malinda Kay Kirkland Smith, 51, died Thursday, August 20, 2020.
Born in Greenwood County, and a daughter of Mae Anderson Kirkland and the late Raymond Kirkland, she was the wife of Craig Kustermann. Mrs. Smith was a former employee of Pizza Hut and was a member of Saluda Church of God.
Surviving are her spouse, Craig Kustermann of Leesville, a son, Raymond Dale Kirkland (Latrina) of Lexington, her mother, Mae Anderson Kirkland of Saluda, a sister June Elizabeth Farr (Anthony) of Ridge Spring and three grandchildren, Jazmyn Kirkland, Kyleigh Yarbrough and Heaven Taylor.
Due to Covid-19 a private graveside service will held 3 p.m., Monday, August 24, 2020 at Red Bank Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Josh Morton and Rev. Jacob Workman officiating.
Memorials may be made to the Lupus Foundation of America, 2121 K Street NW, Suite 200, Washington, DC 20037.
