Obituary

Mamie Sue Leopard Harvley, 85, died Sunday, July 13, 2014 at Magnolia Manor in Greenwood.

Born in Saluda County, she was the daughter of the late Ransom S. and Mary Ina Smith Leopard. Mrs. Harvley was retired from the Sloan Plant of Greenwood Mills and was a member of Good Hope Baptist Church.

Surviving are a daughter, Vickie H. McFarland (Dennis) of Ninety Six, two sons, Randy R. Harvley of Ninety Six, and Mike Harvley of Greenwood, four grandchildren, Rhonda Rowe, Brandi Morton, Brandon Crawford and Lacey McFarland, four great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by a son, Darrell Harvley, two sisters, Joyce Leopard Addy and Betty Jean Atkins, and one brother, William Harvey Leopard.

Funeral services will be held at 4 PM , Tuesday, July 15, 2014, at Good Hope Baptist Church. Interment will follow in Mayson Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service in the church social hall.
