Margie Hyler Frazier, 88, died Friday, March 14, 2014 at Lexington Medical Center.

Born in Saluda County and a daughter of the late Tol and Julia Jennings Hyler, she was the wife of the late Eldridge Murray Frazier. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. Mrs. Frazier was salutatorian of Saluda High School Class of 1942. She was a member of St. Paul United Methodist Church where she served as church secretary for 27 years.

Surviving are a son, Dr. Larry J. Frazier (Sheila) of Columbia, a daughter, Melinda F. Bedenbaugh (Todd) of Lexington, five grandchildren and a special niece, Daphne Connelly.

Mrs. Frazier was preceded in death by a brother, Otis Hyler and a sister, Lucille Henderson.

Funeral services will be held 3 pm, Sunday, March 16, 2014 at St. Paul United Methodist Church with Rev. Judy Hames officiating. Interment will follow in Travis Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service in the J. N. DeLoach Sunday School Class.
