Melanie Ann Jones, 48, died Monday, April 11, 2016 at her residence.

A native of Saluda and born in Greenwood County, she was a daughter of Luther "Buddy" and Mary Helen Goodman Rodgers. Mrs. Jones was a textile employee.

Surviving are two daughters, Tara Rodriguez (Leonel) and Diane Rinehart both of Saluda, three sisters, Miranda Rodgers Goff (James) and Marsha Rodgers Tucker both of Saluda and Wendy Rodgers of Leesville and four grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son, Mykal Jones.

Funeral services will be held 3:00 p.m., Thursday, April 14, 2016 at Deans Chapel Pentecostal Holiness Church with Rev. Ray Southerland and Rev. Timothy Thompson officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends following the service.
