Oscar Bledsoe

Oscar Ransom Bledsoe, 84, passed away Saturday, November 26, 2022.

Born in Saluda County and the son of the late Buford Monroe and Nellie Ada Butler Bledsoe, he was the husband of Katherine Angela Jones Bledsoe. He was the owner/operator of Bledsoe Mobile Homes Transporter and a life-long attendee of Faith Temple Church. Mr. Oscar was well known in the community and loved by all.

Surviving are his wife, Katherine Angela Jones Bledsoe, three sisters, Miriam B. Key (Roger), Betty B. Easler and Nancy Gilliland, a sister-in-law, Julia M. Bledsoe, and numerous nieces and nephews who loved him dearly.

Mr. Bledsoe is preceded in death by a brother, Luther Bledsoe.

A funeral service will be held at 2 PM, Thursday, December 1, 2022 at Faith Temple Church with Rev. Heath Easler and Rev. Keith Easler officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
