Robert Curtis Riser, 86, died Thursday, February 9, 2017 at Palmetto Health Richland.
Born in Saluda County, he was the son of the late Curtis Wilbur and Sula Mae Gillian Riser. Mr. Riser was a US Army veteran having served in the Korean Conflict. He was retired from Greenwood Mills and was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church.
Surviving are a brother, James Riser of Saluda and three sisters, Christine Gentry of Ward, Linda Hazel of Spartanburg and Jeanette Voiselle of Ninety Six.
A graveside service will be held 3:30 p.m., Monday, February 13,2017 at Chestnut Hill Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Dennis Campbell officiating.
