Sandra Lee Day, 59, died Sunday December 3, 2017, at her residence.

Born in Kenosha, WI, she was a daughter of Loretta Lawson Day and the late Seyborn U. Day. Mrs. Day was retired from Quality Inn in Newberry and was a member of Salem Baptist Church. She enjoyed baking for family, arts and crafts and working word search puzzles.

Surviving are her mother, Loretta Lawson Day of Saluda, a sister, Debra Charlton (David) of Saluda and three nieces, Jennifer Charlton, Kelly Charlton and Melissa Charlton.

Funeral services will be held 2 p.m., Thursday, December 14, 2017 at Salem Baptist Church with Rev. Jerrod Marshall officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
