Shirley Anne Berry Rodgers, 63, died Saturday, October 18, 2014 at Self Regional Medical Center.

A native of Saluda and a daughter of Lamar B. Berry and the late Dora Christine Cromer Berry, she was the wife of the late Heyward Rodgers. She was a homemaker and a seamstress and baked cakes for birthdays and weddings and took care of children for many years. Mrs. Rodgers was a member of Richland Spring Baptist Church and was past president of Richland Creek Ruritan Club.

Surviving are her father and stepmother, Lamar B. Berry and Mary Berry, a sister, Dora Lynn (Wayne) Smith of Ninety Six and two brothers, Tommy Joe (Susan) Berry and Luther Curtis (Deborah) Berry both of Saluda.

The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 PM, Sunday evening at Ramey Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held 3 PM, Monday, October 20, 2014 at Richland Springs Baptist Church with Rev. Steve Jones officiating. Interment will follow in Saluda Memorial Gardens.
